Senada is away from her desk, celebrating the New Year, so Dr. Honet is subbing for today’s blogpost for “the Skin-ny.”
Here at HDC, we have had an amazing 2016 holiday season, already filled with happy memories of time spent with each other, our family, and friends. We hope that you have had a fulfilling and joyful time with your loved ones, too. I know that for myself, this Christmas season is the time of year that I cherish and hold close to my heart. It is a time for my children to be back home. It is a time when I am able to catch up with relatives and friends near and far. It is a time where I can spend quality moments at home, nurturing my senses with cooking, creating, and decorating my home to my heart’s content.
As a new private practice, Honet Dermatology/Cosmetic has experienced a year of tremendous growth and learning in 2016. Although I have been a practicing dermatologist in the Detroit Metro area for a long, long time, our new office setting and location have been welcome changes in my professional life. At the new HDC, we have been able to reconnect with patients, colleagues, and business partners. We have found a fresh rhythm and invigorating flow for delivering the best skincare and promoting optimal skin health. Whether we have done it through direct patient care, blogging, or social networking, we have been able to create a nurturing, caring environment for skincare, while engendering, rekindling, and securing one-on-one relationships with our patients and colleagues. With our feet planted firmly on the ground of 2016, we are able to look into the crystal ball of 2017 with excitement and anticipation. We look forward to a year of expanding, revitalizing, and innovating our armamentarium of skincare products, procedures, and treatments, so that we can best take care of your dermatologic needs. Some new and exciting things are going to be happening at HDC in 2017. We can’t wait to get started, and you will be the first to know!
